"The Gohsman Group of Keller Williams did an amazing job marketing my property. They worked to find multiple avenues to advertise the unique property and develop market interest. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter and the Gohsman Group and would use them again if the need arises."

"Throughout our time searching for the right home to buy, Peter was patient with us and generous with his time. When we found the one we wanted he worked hard on our behalf until the deal was closed. He has good instincts and a solid understanding of the many subtle aspects of negotiation and deal making."

"Peter was always available. He was very empathetic toward our personal needs as the Sellers in the transaction. He respected our decision when to market and followed through on his promises. Peter went above and beyond the expected level of service anyone could expect from a broker. Peter is an effective communicator. He is open to suggestions, constantly reevaluating his service to provide five star service at every turn. Peter has an excellent closing team making the process seamless. I would strongly recommend Peter."

"“We would highly recommend Peter Gohsman if you are looking for a real estate professional. Peter is very knowledgeable about the latest tools that can be used for home sales. He never gives up. We had listed with other agents previously and you could tell that after a couple of weeks with no activity they just gave up. Not Peter, he just came up with new ideas and different ways to market our home. Another trait that impressed us was his response time if we reached out to him. If Peter didn’t answer immediately you could be assured that he would contact you back as soon as he could. We had other agents that we would leave voice mail for and it would be days before we would get a call back. He is also an excellent negotiator and is always looking out for his client’s best interest. One of his greatest assets is his calm demeanor and the ability to get you over the trials and tribulations that can happen along the way when you are buying and/or selling a home.”"

"Peter helped me with both selling a property and purchasing one, he was helpful in all ways during both selling and purchasing. Despite the market being tough for buyers he helped me find a home for myself and daughter along with providing encouragement during the process which was stressful at times. Thanks Peter!"
